To those of you who have searched out my site . . . I thank you for your patience with having to deal with my incomplete website. If you know me personally you know that I am not a sit down person hence the site that is a work in progress. I am going to start a weekly blog sharing some of the things that my husband and I are and have experienced with our transition from city folks to farm people.
I am going to tell you right from the get go that we love what we are doing and the transition that we have made with our lives. Not to say that there are not days that we look at each other and say "really". In the short amount of time that we have been on our farm (2.5 years) we have experienced laughter, frustration, tears, blisters, bruises, smiles, friendships and most of all a wonderful feeling of satisfaction. Many of our friends, customers, etc. have asked me to start a blog sharing some of the stories of what we are going through learning to maintain and care for our farm animals as well as acclimate to the change from Green Bay WI to Inverness FL. Join me as I back-track a bit, share day to day adventures and just ramble on about life on Strebor Farm.
